Hello Team, I scheduled 10 dashboards to receive the file as CSV in my email, however, 4 of the emails came as empty Zip files and the rest came as expected. I have to then manually download those 4 "query" data files every day, even though the size of those CSV files are less than 25MB. Is there any workaround for this issue, please? Whether I'm having the single ticket UI opened or the ticket list UI opened (I'm talking about the iOS SDK UIs, not something custom), any new comment that comes either on the ticket I have the screen of it opened or on any of the tickets I have the list of them opened doesn't show up. In order to make it show, I have to generate an action like below: if I'm in the single ticket UI screen, I have to go back to the ticket list and the comment shows up (I mean that I'm seeing the text of that ticket bolded out and a few words of the new comment, so that I know to enter on that ticket) if I'm in the ticket list UI screen, I have to either get out of the screen and reload it, or enter in one of the tickets and then back again to see the comment show up like in the first case (if I'm entering exactly in the ticket that the comment came for, then I'm able to see the new comment in the conversation) How can I eliminate this lag and have the comments auto

Hi ,  I need the Row Total to be presented in the Column, it is possible?  The results should present for each row the number of tickets in totals (Total High, Total Med, Total Low).  The final results of the report will be exported directly to our company platform for KPI calculations, without the need to manually add the Total columns  Thnx, Eddie

How to recover mistakenly deleted ticket fields, user field, ticket forms, etc. and relevant data stored in those fields & forms? Is it possible for Admin to recover or can Zendesk advocacy team help with this? 

Hi i ask my question about require login for submit form in help center. Can i customize require submit form for the two buttons in the example, I can make the buttons in the frame red not force login if submit form. And another button i want to require login before a submit form. What do I have to do to get the desired results?I thank you in advance for everyone's help.Best Regards.
