App builder

Hi Team,  Some feedback on publishing from App Builder. When publishing the app, and choosing the specific roles types, it seems that ‘Agent’ is not available in the dropdown. I have tried to reduce and increase my screen size, and scroll in the hope it would appear but seems its not there as an option. I need to navigate to the app settings directly to allow agents access to the app. I have provided the screenshot to indicate.  Thanks

Hello,  I already managed to create and publish a couple of apps on my Zendesk domain.However, I am now facing an issue when trying to publish a new app. When trying to do so, I get this message in the App Builder:An this pop up and the top right:I tried on another browser and incognito mode, just to be sure but I have the same result. Letting the page opened for a while but it remains stuck on the message “ Publishing App IM to Teams”. I tried publishing another app and had no issue.  Can anyone here had this issue in the past and could advise on how this can be solved? Thanks!

Despite changing the app icon within the settings of the app builder: The icon in the side navigation remains generic: Is there a way i can change the icon on the side navigation?

What is the recommended approach to building an app in a test sandbox them moving that app to a production environment?

I love this, but I'd like the app to be available in the nav bar. Is there a trick to doing that?
