Add shortcut to app from nav bar

Absolutely @robert39 ! This has been one of the top requested features, and we’re excited to share that it’s now available in App Builder for GA! 🎉

When you start a new conversation, you’ll first be prompted to select a location for your app - each app can be built for one location at a time. That’s where you can choose the side navigation (aka nav bar) as your app’s location.
