New feature requests: Automation activate interval

We are trying to automatically close tickets that are spam tickets. When we use automation, it only works every hour, which means it deals with a batch of tickets now, and then it wait for an hour to deal with the next batch of tickets we receive.

But we have already got more than 100 spam tickets during the hour. We need a feature that can adjust the automation working interval to at least 10 minutes.
