I need the Row Total to be presented in the Column, it is possible? 
The results should present for each row the number of tickets in totals (Total High, Total Med, Total Low). 
The final results of the report will be exported directly to our company platform for KPI calculations, without the need to manually add the Total columns

Unfortunately, I don't think that's going to be possible. Because you're breaking the results down by Assignee email in Rows, each row is only going to register tickets with that assignee, and total columns will combine the number of tickets for that assignee regardless of tag (subject to the Filter you've specified). You're wanting total columns in the rows that ignore that the row is only about a single Assignee.
I think you'd need to either make use of the totals row in the query as you see it there, or create a query that doesn't break down the tickets by Assignee, and either way plug those numbers into your company KPI reports. I'm sorry there isn't an easier way.
