Is there a Zendesk Chat widget that integrates with HubSpot now? Has this been developed yet?

I need to create 1000 tickets and update/patch/create 1000 users. For each, I will need to run 10 jobs since either end point only allows 100 objects per job. Rather than polling the API until the job completes and returns a "completed" status, I would like to run this as asynchronous and get a reply back from the server once it's complete. Is this possible?

Experimenting with the new email error feature via API and curious how far the data goes back. I'm using the api/v2/email_notifications.json?filter[ticket_id]=623 end point.Since this is a new feature, how far back to email error history go? I assume it goes all the way back for each ticket but would like to verify any constraints on reporting.

I'm trying to setup a webhook to get notified on all new comments for a Ticket. I'd like to have the id, comment, and comment author to be sent via JSON to my webhook. Hi team!  I'm trying to check the triggers created to assign tickets to certain agents automatically. I want to be able to see how to make them not apply if the agent is OOO. Is there any way to control this? even if it's with extra triggers.   Ex: all the tickets from requester D will be assigned to agent F  In case agent F is OOO, those tickets should not be assigned to agent F.    Thanks! 

Hi,  We have a Zendesk instance with SSO via Azure Entra Id. We are in the process of migrating all users to a new Entra Id instance hence the SSO to Zendesk will change to. Is it possible to “re-map” Zendesk users and history to their new Entra Id?

The label "jira_escalated" is automatically populated when a JIRA ticket is created from Zendesk. It would be nice to remove this. All the research I've done has shown this is hardcoded?

Hello everyone, I am looking for a tool to track the time of tickets. There is already time tracking, but I need to update my account.Other tools are tracking the time I spend on tickets, but the final user is unable to see the time I spent. Is there a tool available to track the time I spend on tickets and transmit it to the user?

We are currently using Monday.com as a project managing platform and sharing customer inquiries to related teams in order to support customers on time. Looks like Zendesk is properly integrated into Monday.com already since we can check the ticket link on Monday.com board. However, we cannot find any sorts of Monday.com link or icon on Zendesk ticket. We can only check the related Zendesk ticket from Monday.com but not the other way.  Is there a way to indicate whether certain Zendesk ticket has been integrated with Monday.com or not? Thank you in advance.  

Our team have been using Apps: Trello so far, but we will be using Apps: Monday.com from next week.  Before we have checked Trello link from the right side of Zendesk ticket, but when we tried the same setting with Monday.com, we cannot find the Monday.com link or Apps in the Zendesk ticket page. We already linked Monday.com to our Zendesk. Please tell us how we could check our Monday.com link in the Zendesk ticket page. We want it to be shown in the Apps(right side of the Zendesk ticket). We have a ServiceNow Scoped application, which is installed by clients on their ServiceNow instance. Is it possible for us to configure multiple JWT SSO integrations (one [or more. if they want to test] per customer)?   I have read this link on Multibrand - but I believe this is a slightly different scenario - in our case (I believe) this would require different credentials, one for each client install. ThanksDavid

We are in the process of setting up automatic provisioning for users in Zendesk. using the Azure provisioning feature of the Zendesk enterprise application. But we are running into an issue where we need to pull multiple attributes as tags. Which is a problem as the provisioning tool only appears to accept one attribute to create as a tag. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so, how did you end up resolving the issue?

Hi Community! I am looking for suggestions or best practice on managing LinkedIn comments/requests. I am aware that Zendesk does not have a native integration with LinkedIn, but I haven't found any good app solutions either. We have a social team that manages LinkedIn comments, but we are unable to send private messages unless it is through our employee's personal LinkedIn account. This has been difficult to navigate, because customers will comment on posts, and directing them to support addresses is a challenge when they are trying to receive support through a social channel. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hello, Does anyone know if there is a way to sync the Agent status between Teams and Zendesk using the integration?

We previously used an app called DOUBLE CHECK FILE NAME & CCs, which provided a confirmation box showing attachment names before sending emails to clients. However, this app no longer appears to be active on Zendesk. Could you please suggest the best alternative app that meets our requirements?

I have a group in Azure AD called ZenDesk from which agents are set to be auto-provisioned.  Yesterday, I made a change in the ZenDesk application scoping filters in Azure AD to set it to provision only assigned users and groups.  For some reason, when I did that, things stopped working.  Multiple agents were deleted from ZenDesk and their tickets were unassigned.  I tried switching it back to "Sync all users and groups", but when I try to re-provision those users who were deleted, I get an error in Azure: Error code MappingEvaluationFailed Error message An error occurred while evaluating this function: 'custom_roles = AppRoleAssignmentsComplex(source: appRoleAssignments).'

Hello,I completed the integration between Salesforce and Zendesk, but I do not see any field or custom report being pulled from Zendesk into Salesforce. Please, do you know how to do that?

We'd like to provide our end users with new request page links where some fields are pre-filled. Due to the pre-fill content, the length may be an issue (eg a 374 character URL), and the plain text nature of the field values in the URL itself, we'd like to apply some kind of masking. I can generate tokens based on the data we want to provide in the pre-fill URL, but is there a way for Zendesk to decrypt this?
