We'd like to provide our end users with new request page links where some fields are pre-filled. Due to the pre-fill content, the length may be an issue (eg a 374 character URL), and the plain text nature of the field values in the URL itself, we'd like to apply some kind of masking. I can generate tokens based on the data we want to provide in the pre-fill URL, but is there a way for Zendesk to decrypt this?
