Sending information from Jira to Zendesk

Hi team, I wanted to let this here in case anyone has any workaround about the following problem:

  • My team can't send information from Jira to Zendesk.

There's a need in sending information regarding solved issues from Jira to Zendesk but they don't get into Zendesk.

 

Could you please give some advices or different ways of getting around this problem, please?
