Hi all - It seems one of our integrations has a small bug that is sending out multiple email notifications for community posts and knowledge base comments. We apologize for the confusion, and we're working on getting this fixed. Give us a day or two, and then you should no longer be seeing those "ticket" notifications for community posts. 

We want to hear from you about our community! This year we are planning to make some big improvements to our user community, and to make sure we do it right, we want to hear from you. We invite you to join us for a conversation about the community: what you’d like to see in the community, how you use it, and what you wish were different.
