記事のフッターの「この記事は役に立ちましたか？」の「はい」「いいえ」のクリック数計測をZendesk内で集計する方法はありますでしょうか。
例：データダウンロードなど

開発からもコメントがありますが、（開発計画にはあるものの）現在実装はされていないようです。
同じく、コメント上ではAPIを使えば取得可能なため、こちらで確認が今できることのようですね。
