Hi Winton! Could you provide the full code snippet where you are attempting to create this ticket? Make sure to redact any emails/passwords before posting here.
Could you also let me know whether you are using agent or end-user credentials?
@winton I've removed your response because it contains appears to include encoded authentication information, which it's dangerous to share online. Can you repost your response without the authentication strings? Thanks!
