How do I tricking cancel my subscription?? The billing emails - from support!zendesk.com - have an auto-response saying they're no longer monitored. Nice. And the account page doesn't offer me an option to cancel.

Hey there,
 
It looks like you have a ticket open with our Finance team to get this issue resolved. From what I can tell, your account is already pending cancelation so you should be all set. Someone from our Finance team will follow up with you and share more information.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription and I can't.  Ive emailed and apparently there is no longer an email for support.  I can't find where to cancel on my account. The option to cancel is no where on my account. Ive never experienced so much difficulty trying to cancel. I just got billed again yesterday.  Ive never used my account, I need to cancel and I need this refunded.

Hi Dave, can you please add my account to the 'to be canceled' list and have your Finance team reach out to us, so I can provide you/them with the required information.  We switched to another product and forwarded our CNAME record, but now can't access the Admin panel to cancel.  Thank you.

I think I need one too. I know we have an account with you the last tech guy created—but I can't figure out how to cancel it. I don't know where the product is installed, so I don't know how to open the product to do it.

With all the comments trying to close their account, and no means to do so… and no response to email support, I have to ask:
Is Zendesk going out of business?

If you have a self-service account, you may check How do I cancel my account? to cancel your account. If you have an Account Executive, you may contact us to request for the cancellation: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support

Same issue. Been trying to get our subscription canceled for a few weeks. Please cancel my account and send confirmation that it is canceled.

Hey Michael - 

We can't cancel accounts via the community for security reasons. Please follow the links in Cheeny's comment above to cancel your account. 


I have already done that and haven't heard back. You haven't made it very easy for customers to cancel their accounts (warning to any other potential customers). I need our account canceled. So whatever can be done to expedite our account being cancelled, I would appreciate it.
