We had temporarily removed the Customizing Status Icons tip because it was out of date.

But it's been updated and is back now! (Thanks, Laura!)

Hi,

I am not able to view the answer for: "Lock the Search bar to the top of the article in Help Center"

I want to maintain the search box in the same position with the same length throughout all the pages.

Can anyone please tell me how this could be done?

Hi Tushar!

The Tip you're referencing is very old and out-of-date, and it's been archived, but it looks like we forgot to remove it from this list! I've gone ahead and taken it out. I'm so sorry for the confusion!

New tip!

  • April 12, 2019

Hi all clever people. I'm looking for a way to include metadata on our community_topic_list_page.hbs and community_post_list_page.hbs pages, similar to Zendesk's own 'About our community' block, but I can't get it to work :/

I've tried figuring it out from the Help Center Templates developer documentation (https://developer.zendesk.com/apps/docs/help-center-templates/introduction), but haven't had any luck.

Any help on how to achieve this will be much appreciated :)

I cannot understand how comments in Guide cannot automatically create ticket in Zendesk as it is allowed in the Facebook integration (and so much others integrations) 🙃🙃🙃 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hi @raphael12 -

There's a thread here that might be worth you upvoting and/or adding your use case information to -- and Kasper's comment indicates there some intent to at least provide the ability to "listen" for updates, if not create tickets automatically: Converting community posts into tickets

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to overwrite the translations for 'content_tags_label' ?

'Related to' in english might be fine, but the german translation 'Verknüpfung mit' is not really nice and instantly understandable for the reader. But this translation is not included in the manifest.json

Hi Nico,

Unfortunately, it can't be customized.

Would you mind posting your use case to our Feedback on Guide topic? We have a template you can copy and use in your post. This is to help get more visibility and votes on the idea. Then, others can share their use cases to further drive demand for that feature. Thanks!
