リクエスト送信用のフォームにマルチセレクトのフィールドを利用しております。
ただ、セレクト内の項目が非常に多いため、ユーザーにとって不便な状態になっております。
マルチセレクト内を検索して、絞られた項目を選択できるようにして頂けないでしょうか。

I'm afraid that Zendesk's native multi-select fields in ticket forms do not support a built-in search or filter feature to narrow down items within the list. This can make it cumbersome for users when there are many options to choose from.
