Using Zendesk Conversation Extensions, can we create an extension that uses the Camera or the File Explorer on the device for them to select a file.
Android and iOS have a permission system that requires users to grant access to these features. How can we do this?
When trying to attempt this, I'm getting some error regarding accessing the hardware or the button do nothing.
If not, is it on your product timeline?
