Hello, 

I've just taken out a Team subscription for one person (Support + Live chat and messaging). 

I work for a mobile games company and we've integrated your support via the Unity SDK that you offer. 

I've been testing for several days but I can't : 

- Integrate the bot into the conversions directly on the mobile application (note that we used the Unity SDK and not the Web Widget). 
- Put an automatic message with the player's name saying "hello + name + how can I help you".
- Get the player's name from Zendesk (for my agents) instead of having the default setting "Mobile App User". 

I can't do any of these tasks. I have the impression that the Unity SDK is very useful because we can customise it with our game UI but we cannot modify anything concerning the classic Zendesk functionalities?

Hello Dolla, Thank you for your post, seems you tried using the Classic SDK which dose not have support for the bot.

I would advise you to switch to our newest SDK which has support for the tasks you mentioned. you can sign up for EAP here and I will get you set up quickly when you do.
