Support for Edge browser in iOS

Hi Chris,

Do you mind clarifying, are you trying to use the Zendesk Web Widget in the Edge browser? Or an older product?

Negative. We are wanting to get to my company's support portal from the mobile Edge browser. The support person that I spoke to gave me the link for this area to open this request in.

Ah, I see. I'm sorry, this area is for developers using the Web and Mobile Zendesk SDKs, as opposed to the Help Center in a mobile browser. 

Judging from this article, Edge may not be support on mobile:

For end-user pages only, these browsers are supported on mobile:

• Apple Safari on iOS 9 and higher
• Google Chrome Mobile for Android: latest version

I will get this request to the right Product Manager in Zendesk however, as it's important feedback for us.
