We have released various marketplace apps on Zendesk with different pricing models. We aim to create a Suite App, wherein users who install the Suite App at a specific pricing tier can then install our other apps without incurring individual app pricing. The Suite App pricing should cover the cost of the included apps. Can you assist us in understanding the steps to achieve this?
This type of setup would technically be possible but you'd need to running this through a 3rd party billing platform - unfortunately it wouldn't be possible directly through the marketplace. As an example, you could build a "suite" type marketplace app that sets up individual apps within the suite app, but billing for the individual apps would need to be handled through your own or another 3rd party platform.
