Hi - I'm looking for documentation for how leverage a serverless component in my Zendesk App. I know some other support platforms offer this functionality, but I couldn't find any documentation on it for Zendesk. Is this possible? Thank you in advance!

Hi Henry! We do have an event connector that you can connect with Amazon EventBridge, which can in turn be used with Lambda functions. You can read more about it in this article...let us know if you have any questions!
Thank you @greg29! For our use we require a response from the serverless component. It doesn't seem that the event connector supports this functionality, can you confirm?
