Requester Name x Android SDK

Requester name is appearing like this: Android User ec4b5756c236a357582628bd

We have a basic bot that runs at the beginning and if user look for chat, it request name and email, both mandatory. No clue why receiving the requester name in this format

SDK> Flutter

    Hi Mo! It sounds like the user's identity is not actually being set, despite you collecting this information. If you're using the Zendesk SDK, you'll want to take a look at these docs to set this up. If you are using a different SDK, please let me know which one you are using so that I can point you in the right direction.
