Questions of adding a Pop-up window of Access Permissions of Album on IOS system

Hello!
I'm currently using sdk 2.11.1 for chatting but when I go into the online consultation page and upload a picture, the photo access pop window doesn't come out, I want to add it， so I'd like to ask if you the pop-up window is adapted when using IOS 14 and SDK 2.11.1
 
 
I‘d like to add this pop-up window~

    Hi Jiangjun,
     
    Thanks for posting your question to the Community! The permission to access camera and photo library pop-up should be happening with the IOS SDK version you're using. Once permission is given though, then it won't pop up again.
     
    If you take a look at the IOS SDK sample app utilizing the same version you'll be able to successfully test this. If after referencing the sample application you're still having this error please let us know so we can be sure to take closer look into it.
