We plan on switching from Intercom SDK to Zendesk Messaging SDK.
In intercom we had Intercom.client().displayMessageComposer(text) for displaying the chat with prefilled message, but I can't find the proper function for this in the Messaging SDK. We use version 2.20.1.
This would be used for a scenario when user gets an error message with a “Contact support” button, and the same error message should be forwarded to the Zendesk messaging.
