The navigation wrapper menu button is not available/shown in the mobile version of the Help Center. I am not sure if there is an overridden code or something (I made some customization by editing the source code). How can I fix this?

When it comes to this behavior, the best option is to create a new default Copenhagen theme and compare the codes that have modified with your live theme. This way, you can easily isolate which line of codes are missing that could have caused this issue.
