Hey All, looking for some guidance here. Our team is building a new mobile app, and with that we are wanting to add a separate App for the new app as we transition. Our team has been working on implementing the new SDK, but we are seeing some issues with accessing Zendesk content. When testing, the app throws an error saying 'Failed to get Articles' and doesn't load.
If we switch back to the legacy app's IDs for the old SDK, everything works and loads fine, so we are trying to lock down why the new SDK isn't connecting to Zendesk. Any insight is appreciated!
