I have zendesk Web Widget (Classic) setup on my website since for ever, and since this morning it's showing this error.
Method webWidget.helpCenter:setSuggestions does not exist.
This is also sometimes stopping my website from loading…
What is happening? Is there something I should do?
Hi Chris! It sounds like the setSuggestions method may be getting called before the widget is initialized. Have you been noticing any performance issues on page load? Also, is the widget functioning properly otherwise? If you could also share the site where it's running, I can take a look and see if I can find anything interesting going on.
