We have implemented the support feature, and it has been running smoothly for several years. However, recently we discovered an issue where one user is unable to use the support functionality.
When using the token associated with this abnormal account to fetch the list of work orders, the mobile SDK returns an error indicating that I am unable to authorize.

We haven't made any modifications to the JWT URL and JWT Secret configurations. Other online users work fine.
Can you assist me in resolving this issue?:(
Are you still running in to this issue? If so, can you let me know the last time you saw the error and I'll take a look in our logs for more context.
