I have signed up on your website and created channels and web widgets. However, I am facing an issue where the conversation history list and back arrow are not showing up when I click the back arrow. I have added your widget code to my website, but it does not display the back arrow and the new conversation button.
Could you please provide guidance on how to configure the widget to ensure these elements are displayed properly? Below is the code snippet I am using:
