After user enters the name, email and mobile number the chat bot does not prompt to proceed with the question before connecting to the agent. 
User has to type something to connect with an agent after entering the user details. Let me know if there is any setting which I need to configure to fix this issue. This works perfectly on the Android SDK
Does your chat account have a department? This is a known issue in cases where the account has no department.
