Image from agent in Chat does not display in preview

When a jpeg image is sent by an agent to the Zendesk Chat thread on iOS, the (thumbnail) image displays inline in the chat view. But when user taps the image, and a (presumably) preview controller is pushed onto the navigation stack, the image is not displayed as expected.

Is there some configuration we're missing either in the app or in the Zendesk SDK initialization? Please see attached images.

    This does seem like odd behavior. Let me go ahead and pull you into a ticket so I can gather some more info and take a deeper look. Please keep an eye out for that email correspondence from me.

    Thanks for your reply. I am working together with Eric and I asked him to create the post to see if someone else is experiencing the same through the community. I have also a support ticket open and I understood that someone is looking at this topic right now.

    Hi @erica26,

    Any updates regarding the above issue? We are also facing similar issue. We are using the ZendeskChatSDK version - 2.11.2, ZendeskCommonUISDK (6.1.2)
