I need help on Chat SDK integration actually I have done all the setup reading your documents but I want to pass my own information to configuration like name, email and phone number instead of asked by your bot. Do we have any mechanism for this

I have already followed these instruction, but not able to find the actual solution. We are actually using JWT authentication with your chat sdk but My information is not binded with Identity Builder. Can we get a proper solution for this using JWT Token otherwise we have to look for another suitable platform.
Hi Greg, I have followed these instructions already for unified SDK with JWT Token but when I set my identity using JWT token to chat INSTANCE. My details are still being asked on Chat Screen that should not be asked like I have already binded my email into Token but It is still being asked by the chat bot. Can you give me resolution on that in urgent manner?
