How to set Brand in Zendesk Chat for iOS?

Hello

 

We are using Zendesk Chat SDK “Zendesk-SDK/5.0.5 iOS/18.1 Variant/Chat”

 

We are setting the department information before chat starts but we also need to set the Brand information otherwise all new messages get set the default brand.

 

Could you help with this please?

Hi Vandad,
 
In the case that your account has multiple brands, you should be able to change the brand at SDK initialization. Here’s a link to the docs which go in to a bit more detail.
