Currently we don't support the modification of this UI element in the Zendesk SDK for iOS, but in the first half of 2024, we'll be brining advanced customization options for our customers' developers that will help with this type of customization. We'll announce this release on Zendesk Community, and of course update the Zendesk SDK release notes.
