How can I set up multiple mobile SDK?

Hi Eric,

In order to configure mutliple brands, I have successfully added a new brand, but how can I create mobile SDK under this new brand ?

Whenever I create new SDK ,it still point to default brand url.

Please assist here.

Hi Shailender! The answer is in the link that Eric provided, as it provides the path for both Android and iOS. The short answer is that you need to initialize the SDK with the subdomain of the brand that you want to use in that app. So the url would be secondbrand.zendesk.com in your init code.

Hi @greg29, the link is for the Classic SDKs.  We're using the Messaging SDKs and I don't see a way to include a brand URL during initialization.  Are multiple brands supported in the Messaging SDKs?

Thanks for getting back to me @eric27.  We are looking for a way to use multiple answer bots in our app as we want to start with different flows depending on circumstance.  Making multiple brands was just a workaround we wanted to try for this.  Is there any better way you know of to have multiple answer bots?
