Failed to load Zendesk depdency 'com.zendesk:support:5.0.1' in gradle build

What went wrong: Execution failed for task ':core:generateQaRFile'. > Could not resolve all files for configuration ':core:qaCompileClasspath'. > Could not find com.zendesk:support:5.0.1. Required by: project :core

We already use the zendesk support module in our core module, but it is failing to load it this time. Is there a problem with the repository?
