I recently integrated AppFollow into Zendesk but now I'm getting an error message when trying to solve tickets without replying. This is happening on tickets that are from other Social Media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.
The error message appears in the upper right-hand corner:

I don't think the community is monitored by the AppFollow team (who created the app). I'd suggest reaching out to them at their contact email.
