I'm having some difficulties using the Zendesk web widget on my website. Currently I have configured a trigger that will send a message as soon as the user connects.
But when sending this message, it is showing a floating widget at the bottom with the message. How do I customize and always hide this widget?
Do you have the custom launcher option selected in your widget settings? This hides the widget launcher button and allows you to open and close the widget with the APIs.
