Hello 
I hope you are doing great.

I am using Chat Sdk. I wonder is there any means for attaching metadata laying around in the api? the purpose here would be for our customer service team to get additional fields that can help our agents and followup investigations. let's say fields like "app", "android", "ordernumber", "memberid" etc.

At this time it's not possible using the chat sdk. Though I've logged this as feedback and passed it along to the corresponding product team.
