Hi,

We are in the process of integrating Zendesk chat SDK to our iOS and Android apps and we have a bunch of questions

1. We want to use the classic version of sdks and we believe it is the chat sdk v2 to use right ? ( https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/classic-web-widget-sdks/chat-sdk-v2/ios/introduction/)

2. We want the users to select a few topics before they can start chatting (for example: problem with an order, problem with delivery, problem with discount etc) . How can those be configured and make it appear in the app.

3. Right now when the chat session starts we see the chat started by a bot (display as BOT) and some of the questions asked by the bot seem to be grammatically incorrect (eg: In Swedish "Vad är telefonnummer"), how can we update those questions?

4. Is possible to know in the dashboard from where the request originated ie iOS/ Android etc. Basically this info is needed for tracking
