Hello, I'm implementing push notification for chat on android. I've done the things on this link https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/classic-web-widget-sdks/chat-sdk-v2/android/push_notifications/ but the notifications often don't appear. I have entered the FCM server key, I have initiated the appid, the application can receive push notifications from FCM, but when I try to chat, the notification does not appear. Can anyone help me. Thank you

Thanks for your answer but I have made sure all the checkboxes for notifications are enabled and the notifications are still not running

I'm sorry you're having issues getting push notifications to work. Let me go ahead and pull you into a ticket so we can get a better look at your code and see if we can figure out what's going on.
