We're running into an issue using the Zendesk mobile SDK where we can't get the app-level badge counter working for notifications from support on iOS.
This is a large blocker because we want to have an asynchronous messaging support experience, and it's difficult to do so if we can't let users know when they have a message waiting from our support team.
