Hello,
When the chat windows comes up the clip button for file attachment is there, but as soon as the bot "starts typing" the button goes away. Does anyone know why that could be? It looks like a bug to me but since I'm not a Zendesk expert it could be something I'm missing.

This will happen during the bot conversation for live chat because the bot conversations are really just offline form and pre-chat form flows for gathering the specific info that those forms support (name, email, etc.). During an active chat, the ability attach files should return. Are users having trouble attaching files during active chats with live agents?
