Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to RequestActivity (chat)
2. Turn off the internet
3. Try and fail to send a message, an error will be displayed ("Message failed. Tap to retry")
4. Tap the message
RetryDialog will pop up, but it will be dimmed with the rest of the screen (although still clickable)
Also there is a padding issue (start) with long texts:
