Hello, we've implemented the Zendesk Messaging SDK for integrating proactive messaging into our app. However, despite meeting all conditions, proactive messages do not appear. Could someone assist in identifying and resolving this issue? The SDK version we're using is as follows:

Can you confirm that the proactive messages are active for your Android channel when viewing them in Admin Center? After testing the conditions, are you seeing attempts to send? Does the counter in the Admin Center settings change?
Also, can you enable logging in your app and see if there are any errors when testing the conditions?
