On the previous version of zopim (zopim.android:sdk) it was displaying a widget view of 3 dots draw over the apps to resume the current chat session.
Now after upgrading to Zendesk Chat-V2 latest version to fix android 13 compatibility issue
It doesn't work anymore.

The link I have provided was to describe the issue I have and its recommended solution was to migrate to chat-V2.
I have actually used this Migration tutorial to update to the new chat-v2 version to have the issue of android 13 compatibility fixed.
I think that my implementation was targeting live chat as described here.
After migration I noticed that we have lost draw over apps feature.
