I am working on Zendesk server side App. I want to make User Profile show on a button Click, I have tried to find out way but didn't find anything on documentation. 
is that possible?

To make sure I'm understanding you correctly, you're wanting to replace the action of the customer context panel opening with your own app when a customer clicks on the icon? Unfortunately that's not something that we'd support.
