I would like to inform you that I'm using Zendesk Trial Version of "Professional Suite" but the chat history dashboard is not visible on the UI. So kindly let me know if the chat history is visible on Trial version of Professional suite or not. If yes then, provide me the steps.

In trial accounts Zendesk Messaging is enabled by default. When Messaging is enabled, this behavior is expected. I recommend taking a look through the differences between Messaging and live chat to see which is the best fit for you. But if you prefer, you can disable Messaging.
