I have an issue here, whenever my Ticket Sidebar Apps callling the external API (outside Zendesk) is returning 502 instead of 200, i'm using some custom headers for Authentication here, but if i calling that same external API from postman, its giving me 200.. why is it happening? is it has something to do with the custom headers i set?

Would you mind sharing a snippet of the code you're using to call the API so I can look at this in a bit more detail? Just be sure to redact any sensitive information.
