I am currently building a custom app and I'm using a text area that only accepts texts, so I would like to ask if it's possible to use a rich text editor just like the one on the Ticker public reply/internal note on the custom Zendesk App.
I would like to add a copy/paste of images/screenshot functionality on this field and I would like to know if there's a rich text editor for Zendesk that I can use.

There isn't a rich text editor that is part of the App's framework for you to use out of the box. However you can utilize a library to add this functionality. Many of our customers have found success using ckeditor for their text editor needs.
