Recurring trigger installation causing performance issues

Nutshell is a CRM developer which manages an integration with Zendesk. This integration is used to manage and track tickets in the CRM. The integration between Nutshell and Zendesk is operating as expected for all but one user. In this example, the trigger that is automatically installed by Nutshell continues to auto install over and over again. The continuous creation of these triggers is causing performance issues in Zendesk for the user and the only way to stop this continuous installation is to uninstall the app.

Attaching screen caps of the settings and the error messaging.

Hello,

I'm not experiencing this when installing the Nutshell app from our App Marketplace.  Can you please outline the steps to reproduce this issue?

Christopher - thank you for responding. We have a number of customers using this integration that are also not experiencing this issue when installing Nutshell. The customer that is experiencing it says, "We literally just install the app and it starts to happen."

Because our dev team doesn't have any visibility into the errors that are occurring, we were hoping Zendesk may be able to help us by supplying logs. Would it be helpful to give you the Zendesk instance where this is occurring?

Thanks for the context.  I've created a ticket about this issue so that we can work 1 on 1.
