Private application is not getting loaded in Zendesk integration page.

Private application is not getting loaded in Zendesk integration page. The application has been validated by "Zat Validate". Created Package using "Zat Package" and tried to upload application via Private apps upload. But it just gets stuck and nothing show up about application upload status. Any help?

Thank you for posting your question to our Community! Here are a few things to check:
 
  • When uploading, if you inspect or check the console are you seeing any errors? 
 
  • When you ran zat validate did any issues come up? 
 
  • Does your app exceed 2MB?
 
  • Lastly, be sure you're only uploading the zip file created for you via zat package.
 
If you're passing all checks above and still having issues let us know and we can take a deeper look into this for you.

Hi Erica,

Thank you for the response.

It was the web browser(Chrome) that caused this issue. I have used Firefox and the app upload went ok. I then cleared the chrome cache and tried the same upload, this time it worked. :-)
